About this free divorce course

So where do you start? The first thing to understand is the legal process and how it applies to your situation. Divorce involves three separate legal areas:

• The divorce application itself
• The division of your finances
• If you have children, arrangements for them

This course focuses primarily on the divorce application. By the end, you’ll understand the legal and practical issues involved, and how the application relates to sorting your finances, so you can work out what further help you need. This course is not a substitute for advice on your own specific circumstances.
