Before you instruct

Book a short call or the £500 introductory Advice Session. We check suitability for joint advice and outline a fixed-fee scope. If separate solicitors or mediation are a better fit, we say so.

During the engagement

You share disclosure, meet jointly with a senior family barrister, and receive a clear view of likely court outcomes. The focus is decision-quality information both of you can use—not positional letter-writing.

After you agree

Agreed terms can move into drafting for a financial consent order or clear children arrangements.
