GETTING READY
Once you decide to proceed we’ll ask you to reply to our questionnaire, which will help us to determine how best to help you. Then when you’re ready, we will arrange a video meeting at a time convenient to you both, together with one of our experienced family lawyers.
MOVING ON
We will prepare the legal documents you will need. Then, at the video meeting, your shared lawyer will discuss and review them with you and make any necessary changes. Finally, we will help you to submit the finished documents together, online. It’s a simple, constructive process.
