We want to help you move on. So we offer an Order Service for all couples who have reached a full agreement on the division of their finances and want it converted into a binding court order. One of our in-house solicitors will walk you both through the process, and undertake the drafting, so that you have everything you need to submit your financial consent order successfully and with confidence. Here’s how we do it:
HOW IT WORKS
We will prepare the legal documents you will need. Then, at a video meeting, your shared lawyer will discuss and review them with you and make any necessary changes. You will then have everything you need to formalise your financial agreement in the Family Courts. It’s a simple, constructive process.
FEES
Our order drafting service starts at £750 per person (or £1,500 per couple). All the work will be undertaken by one of our qualified and regulated solicitors. Once you have sent us a summary of the agreement you have reached and each completed our online induction form we will be able to send a fixed fee quote.
