Our co-founder is appointed as a sub-committee member of the Online Procedure Rules Committee.
The Ministry of Justice has recently announced that our co-founder Samantha has been selected as a sub-committee member of the Online Procedure Rules Committee.
As Samantha says:
‘The name might not sound all that catchy, but it’s an unbelievable cast list and the remit is vast and hugely exciting: essentially a blank piece of paper to draw up a plan for a more integrated, efficient and digital approach to justice. Its work will support the use of innovative methods of resolving disputes and help define the operation of pre-action dispute resolution portals.’
