Cafcass Release Updated Covid Guidance

Cafcass has released updated Covid guidance as to the circumstances in which their professionals will be attending Family Courts in person or remotely.

They anticipate that remote attendance will be the default for much of their work for the rest of 2020, and if physical attendance is required there will need to be a careful risk assessment exercise depending on the personal circumstances of the professional involved.
