DIY Divorce For 60% Of Couples Who Take Their Dispute To Court

Research for The Times has shown that nearly 60% of separating couples in the Family Courts are without legal representation. It is unacceptable, and utterly counterproductive, for so many couples to be priced out of expertise. Early legal advice should be available for all families.
