Innovate UK Women In Innovation Award Winners

It feels amazing to be able to announce on International Women’s Day that our co-founder Samantha Woodham has been awarded, along with 39 other inspiring female entrepreneurs, the Innovate UK Women In Innovation Award. This will provide a grant for us to develop the legal tech side of the business but also admit Samantha into a supportive and inspiring group of female entrepreneurs and change-makers.

The Rose Review estimates that up to £250 billion of new value could be added to the UK economy if women started and scaled new businesses at the same rate as UK men. Innovate UK has set itself the impressive goal of boosting innovation through diversity, and we are so proud to play a small part in that.

As Samantha says:

‘Being recognised with a Women in Innovation Award is a huge honour. This project will enable more separating couples to access our service, which is brilliant, but more importantly shows all lawyers, male and female, that the legal profession is one in which innovation can thrive, if you just have the guts to go for it.’
