No Fault Divorce Bill: 2nd Reading – Briefing from Resolution
The No Fault Divorce Bill has its second reading in the House of Commons today.
This is a vital first step in removing blame and conflict from the divorce process and MUST go through, and has the support of the public, politicians from all parties, the legal profession as a whole and the judiciary.
