When our co-founders Harry and Samantha set up The Divorce Surgery, they hoped to change the way couples viewed divorce, so that sharing a lawyer would become the default first step, rather than assuming an adversarial approach was inevitable. So it’s always so exciting when One Couple One Lawyer gets attention, and it’s brilliant to see that at the recent Today’s Family Lawyer Private Law conference, hosted in Manchester, the opening panel discussion was whether One Couple One Lawyer represents the future of separation advice.

Alison Bull (Mills & Reeve), Henry Wood (Hunters LLP), Tom Nash (Mr Divorce Coach), Eleonore Berthelson (42 Bedford Row), and Adele Ballantyne (Eleda Consultancy) contributed to a wide ranging discussion around the topic. We were sad to miss it!
