The Divorce Surgery Shortlisted At The Lawyer Awards 2021
We are delighted that our Living Apart Parenting Together service has been shortlisted for The Lawyer ‘Best Client Service Innovation’ Award 2021.
We brought in the expertise of the brilliant Barbara Mills QC and Bill Hewlett to create something truly unique: a 4 week, fixed fee service which enables separating couples to obtain both joint legal advice, and also co-parenting support in the same joint process.
We also offer child-inclusive sessions. This gives parents the best possible start to engage in constructive co-parenting discussions, looking at what unites and not what divides.
