The Divorce Surgery Wins Lexis Nexis 2022 Award For Customer Focus

When couples separate they need legal advice. And if they want to, they need to be able to get that advice together. When we set up The Divorce Surgery it was to offer that simple service: an opportunity for separating couples to share one lawyer for a fixed fee.

The benefits are easy to see: less conflict, less cost and less wasted time. But those benefits are all the more powerful when there are children involved. Research has shown that 38% of all separating parents end up in court over the arrangements for their children. Court proceedings themselves cause conflict, which can lead to emotional harm. Unless completely unavoidable, we want to give separating parents and their children a way to avoid it.
