‘What Lies Behind The Statistics’ – The Nuffield Family Justice Observatory

The Nuffield Family Justice Observatory has launched a new Podcast Series, ‘What Lies Behind the Statistics’, produced by researchers in the Family Justice Data Partnership (Universities of Lancaster and Swansea) who use large-scale anonymised data to ask pressing questions about family justice.

The first episode features Prof Karen Broadhurst speaking to Cecily Atkinson (mother and doctoral student at Lancaster) who shares her views on what more the family justice system can do to support mothers involved in recurrent care proceedings.
